3. How much do your cleaning services cost?

4. What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning includes routine tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Deep cleaning provides a more thorough cleaning, including baseboard scrubbing, deep dusting, cleaning behind appliances, and addressing hard-to-reach areas.
5. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly products. If you have any specific products or preferences, please let us know when scheduling your service.
6. Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Yes! At Fresh Clean Vibes, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your home, family, and the environment.
7. How do I schedule a cleaning service?
You can schedule a cleaning service by visiting our Booking Page, or emailing us at info@freshcleanvibes.com. We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours' notice without any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
10. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
11. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many clients provide access via key, door code, or other arrangements. Just let us know how to access your property when you schedule your service.
12. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans at discounted rates. This is perfect for clients who want to keep their space consistently clean.
13. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer several discounts, including:
First-time client discount: 10% off your first cleaning.
Referral discount: 15% off your next service for every referral.
Recurring service discounts for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings.
14. What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?
We recommend tidying up any personal items, clothes, or valuables before our arrival. If you have any special instructions or areas that need attention, please let us know in advance.
