Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to your property to address and rectify any concerns at no additional charge.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform the scheduled service due to circumstances on our end (e.g., cleaning staff illness or scheduling error), and no rescheduling option is acceptable, a full refund will be issued.

Unsatisfactory Service: If, after a follow-up visit to correct the issue, you remain unsatisfied with the service provided, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

Inaccessible Property: If we are unable to access your property (e.g., locked doors, no one home, incorrect address), no refund will be issued, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Change of Mind: If the service was performed as agreed but you change your mind about the service after it has been completed, no refund will be issued.
