1. Services Provided
Fresh Clean Vibes provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Metro Atlanta. The services offered include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, laundry, organizing, and other customized cleaning solutions as requested.
Service Agreement
Upon booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information about your home or business to ensure proper service delivery. Fresh Clean Vibes reserves the right to adjust pricing or service plans if the condition of the property or requested services deviate from the original description.
Service Scheduling
You may schedule cleaning services by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. Appointments are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.
2. Payment Terms
Pricing
All pricing for our services is clearly displayed on our website and communicated during booking. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to clients before service is rendered.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other forms of payment as specified. Failure to pay on time may result in service interruptions.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment by providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $75
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your cleaning service at no additional charge if at least 24 hours' notice is given.
4. Client Responsibilities
Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. Fresh Clean Vibes cannot be held responsible for service delays or cancellations if we are unable to access the property.
Pets
Clients are expected to inform us of any pets and ensure that pets are secured during cleaning services for the safety of both the pets and our cleaning technicians.
5. Liability
Damage or Loss
Fresh Clean Vibes is fully insured and takes every precaution to ensure your property is treated with care. In the rare event of accidental damage or loss, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the damaged item, or compensate for it within the limits of our insurance.
Items of Extreme Value
We encourage clients to remove or secure items of extreme monetary or sentimental value prior to our visit. Fresh Clean Vibes will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of these items unless agreed upon before service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure a fresh, clean environment with every visit.
7. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree to the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy and agree not to misuse the content or functionality of the website. You may not attempt to access or modify the website, disrupt service, or use it for illegal activities.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Fresh Clean Vibes reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
